Kathleen specializes in pediatric speech therapy including: speech/language delays, articulation (sound errors) and phonological disorders, communication differences related to diagnosis such as autism, down syndrome, and childhood apraxia of speech for children ages birth through high school. These services can be offered in person or via teletherapy.

Kathleen has additional training and interest in feeding difficulties from birth-solid food. If your child is having difficulty breastfeeding, bottle feeding, eating varied textures, or eating an adequate variety of foods, I can help. Together we can determine whether your child is a picky eater or a problem feeder and work to increase the number of foods accepted. These services can often be offered in person or via teletherapy.

Duxbury SLP also offers therapy in school and via teletherapy (speech therapy over video chat).
